Wasn't sure what the freight and delivery hand charge was about when it popped up at checkout, but support explained it before I paid. Delivery showed up on time, so the fee did its job.
The custom freight charge was clearly itemized at checkout, so I knew exactly what I was paying for the delivery hand-off before confirming. Nothing hidden in the total.
The freight charge showed up as a separate line at checkout, so there was no surprise when the delivery handoff happened. Paid it, and the shipment arrived without any follow-up invoices.
